Paying for your order
Add your shirts to the cart, fill in the shipping address at checkout and pay with PayPal or a credit/debit card — nothing else is needed.

Two ways to order
You can order through WhatsApp or directly on this website, and the website is the safer, smoother option of the two.
Better value: ordering online removes the back-and-forth, which lowers our costs, and the site regularly runs coupon campaigns for returning customers that apply directly at checkout.
Always open: the store never closes. Choose sizes and customization at your own pace, order at any hour without waiting for an agent, and check your order status and tracking on the site whenever you like.
Quick checkout: once you know the flow, an order takes about 3 minutes. Website orders are also easier for our warehouse to organize and usually ship out faster than WhatsApp orders.
Our advice: for larger orders the website is clearly the better route — safer, nothing gets lost, and tracking is far more convenient.

Changing or cancelling an order
Stock refreshes daily. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, contact customer service within 24 hours and we will help you swap the product or cancel the whole order for a full refund.
Customized items
Shirts personalized with a name, number or logo can only be returned or exchanged when the fault is ours — a stitching or printing defect, or the wrong customization. Send photos or a video within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Items that arrive damaged
Keep the shirt unworn with its tags, contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos or a video of the issue. A replacement goes out within 3 business days.
Small imperfections
Little things like a loose thread are normal in garment making — a quick trim solves it, and they are not a basis for returns.
Refund timing
Approved returns take 5-7 business days to process. Money goes back through your original payment method, or instantly as store credit if you prefer.

How dispatch works
Standard orders: roughly 90% leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation, and tracking goes live about 24 hours after dispatch. Chinese public holidays (Lunar New Year, National Day) can add delays.
Customized orders: printing adds 1 extra business day. If your order has not moved after 5 business days, please contact us.
Worth knowing: orders paid before 3:00 PM China time are usually handled the same day, and parcels cannot be redirected once shipped — so please double-check the delivery address at checkout.
Paying safely
Checkout runs over SSL encryption and follows PCI-DSS standards. We accept PayPal. A confirmation email arrives within about 15 minutes of a successful payment; if a payment fails, live chat support will help you immediately.

Delivery
Parcels travel by tracked air freight and normally arrive within 7-25 business days. China domestic tracking updates in real time; international tracking becomes visible once the parcel reaches the destination country. If something goes wrong
Tell support within 7 days of delivery about quality defects (unused items — photo or video evidence speeds things up) or wrong items received. We guarantee a full refund within 3-5 business days or a free replacement shipped within 48 hours.
Please always talk to us before any chargeback — unauthorized payment disputes can restrict account access.
Fair use
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show abusive behavior and to pursue legal action in cases of fraud.
